I have an emerson jumbo universal remote.Just purchased a LG3240.
which has a built in DVD player. None of the codes Emerson lists can control the DVD functions. Does anybody have the code or have had this problem.
Also does anybody know of a jumbo learning remote if I can't use the Emerson with the built in codes. My mother in-law who uses the LG has sight problems

My guess is that it's the same as the Shaper Image Jumbo remote. Go to http://mscustomercare.com/. There's pictures of both. I just downloaded free instructions, will try them myself tomorrow.
