How can I fix or change a crystal watch in this kenneth Cole model(kc4387). Can you tell me which procedure I should follow to change or repair this watch.

mcdevito75 here, Almost any jewelery, watch repair shop could help with a crystal and band adjustment. Look for the small watch repair shop in your area to save on cost.
