this may be a long shot but I was hoping you may be able to help me. I own a Smeg Cooker and the grill element keeps coming loose. The screw holding it in place keeps falling out. Every time I attempt to put it back there doesn't appear to be anything for it to screw into. No thread at least. It just turns in the hole in the roof. Am I missing something?
