Either from the asus website, http://usa.asus.com/index.aspx ,or from Realtec, that is the hardware that asus normally uses on their motherboard. But just go to the asus site and click on the support and it will ask you the model number of the board that's it. You will see if there are any other downloads that came out for your board also. You should keep that link in your favorites. Here is the exact page for your board just download the driver here. thanks and dont forget to rate my answer, I appreciate it, thanks again,Gym
Hiya Raja,
I think you will find it a better idea to carefully take out your sound card and look for the model number and type that into Google followed by the word 'driver'. Sound cards provide much more functionality and quality than Motherboard driven sound..
Here's the Realtek sound driver for a card that sometimes ships with your motherboard. If you think the sound card isn't realtek, don't install it, if you don't know, try it and if it doesn't work, uninstall it again.

Just go to Control Panel > System > Device Manager then click on the + sign next to Sound Controllers. Double click whatever is there and hit Driver tab. Update driver and choose the 'Let me find the driver' option, and navigate to the folder that you unzipped the Realtek driver to. Install and reboot.
See if there is sound now...
But if you really want to use the motherboard onboard sound, reboot the computer, tap F8 to enter the BIOS and use the arrows to navigate to sound and navigate using arrow keys and enter to where you can change the sound output from PCI (sound card) to OS (onboard sound).
If that doesn't work then here's the motherboard drivers:

I found one machine like yours using a Realtek driver, so here it is for Vista.

Hope this helps
