You would need to look on the label inside the refrigerator door that indicates the power consumption for your model. Hi, most of the units you have listed are fair, but if it were me buying for my home, I would have to go with the Hitachi. Another top of the line unit would be the Mitsubishi unit. It would be between the two. As far as power consumption, and the Seer rating, either one would be a good choice. Don't go with the LG for sure as they tend to have many problems with them breaking down, just being honest. Good Luck with your choice.

225 normal up to 265 watts for high brightness scenes.
When the set is off it draws 2.7 watts

See inside the refrigerator , you will see the plate will indicate the power then times hours when it works without interruption.
