Reinstalling operating system of k530i

For the updation of your mobile application there needed an internet connection on you mobile.
Make sure that your mobile has internet activated .

It could be the problem with software installed in mobile(FLASH). To resolve it you need to update the firmware with the help of Online Update Service from Sony Ericsson.

Make sure to backup the date on your mobile like contacts, messages etc..before updating it.

Have you tried updating/reinstalling the driver for the video card ? If that's windows then you would have an Application Recovery wizard option to update reinstall the drivers. Open ALL PROGRAMS > open HELP & TOOLS > open Application Recovery . Other operating systems may have something similar. This may be dependent on how old the system is too as to how easy it is to find or if it exists. You may be able also to go to Acer website put in the info model etc and download driver updates from there.
