SOURCE: install ATK0100 driver first

You will need to install the update first, I found 3 versions of ATK0100. You can try all versions if you like starting with the latest version. Just remember to create a restore point before you install any of the drivers that you want to upgrade just in case anything goes wrong, you can go back to an earlier time when the system is working OK.

Why is my laptop saying i have to install ATK0100 driver?

Click start control panel administration tools computer management device manager scroll through all of your devices If you see a yellow question or exclamation mark ? ! or a red X you will need to update the drivers for this device right click select update driver/reinstall driver if you can see your usb device but its not working scroll to Ports(Com&Ltd) right click to update driver If you computer came with a motherboard disk the drivers could be on it. Rather doing a driver hunt which can take hours http://download.cnet.com/slimdrivers-free/3000-18513_4-75279940.html Windows XP/Vista/7/8
it might take some time being a freeware driver solution Note: it will find all of your outdated drivers
This will automatically search for and find the correct driver you will have to update every driver individually once you update you might be asked whether you want to restart or make a system restore point.

Click no to both of these then continue updating each driver free then restart once all of the drivers have been updated.

My hp pavilion g7 series laptop is messing up? it says my ati display driver keeps messing up.

1.Start the laptop up in safe mode with networking by pressing the f8 button while switching it on at the power switch.
2 Once in safe mode remove the ati drivers.
3. Download Eusing free registry cleaner install it and clean your registry.
4. Download new drivers from Ati and install them.
hopefully this should do the trick. if the problem still exist then it could be a sign that your graphic chip is failing,.

I'll recommend you to directly try Driver Detective and let the software have a free scan to automatically detect & update the missing ASUS drivers. This way things can be much easier & efficient. Also you don't have to risk install wrong drivers which might cause severe system issues. Regards!

Can not open acpi atk0100

This file is a driver for your motherboard and therefore is not "opened". In your hardware list (in System)there will be an explanation mark against something. Point this to the driver and it will install automatically.

I have no, audio on my asus A8H MODEL.every time i open my laptop error occurred saying:no no atk0100 kernel driver install

Hi there,

This seems to be either a corrupt driver file issue which can be set right by re-installing the drivers from the CD that must have been given to you when you first bought your hardware or a hardware failure itself. If that's the case, I'm afraid you'll have to take it to an Authorized Service Center to get it rectified/repaired.

Good luck.
