Crib missing set up directions

There are a few things you can do here:

1. If this is a new crib that you purchased, the directions should have a contact number to the company where it is made. You can contact them and they should be able to send you the missing piece that you require. Usually, it is free.

2. Search for the model/make of the crib on the entire crib. Sometimes it can be found on the bottom of the crib (sticker on the wood) or on the spring itself. 3. You can take one of the pieces to a Lowe's or Home Depot and ask if they have the part there.

4. After some searching, it seems that the Newport Cottage cribs use the same crib hardward (http://www.newportcottages.com/blog/ Scroll down until you get to the diagrahm that shows the crib).

5. You can contact this company. Ask if you can email them a picture of the piece you are looking for (or send them the link to your fixya question) and they should have it. They picture your hardware peice here. http://www.productsamerica.com/page83.html

These cribs were imported from Italy and sold nationwide from a limited number of retail stores after September 1988.

Million Dollar Baby not have the instruction manuals directly available for the DaVinci labeled cribs.

I have the same crib and got the info from the manual, hope this helps!

The model number is DA0504KMC-1W for the white one and DA0504KMC-1N for the natural color one.
They should be able to send you a copy

id def return it, theres a defect, and sometimes u have to call the 1800 nmumber because i no like davinci is made by another company

The telephone number and email address are on a sticker on the crib frame. Look under tha mattress that's where ours is. Have the model number and Manufacture date ready when you call. That info is also on the sticker.

the hooks are where the matteress goes. if you took off the long L bracket with hooks there are 4 of these. BUT 2 are shorter than the other 2, the short side goes on the drop down crib side. there is a close up on the photos but the silver hooks are where the silver bar hooks on to on the sliding rail to go up and down
