Infocus 5700 will not power on

Projector worked earlier in the day and when we came back to turning on it was lifeless. LED light would turn on then shortly after to dim. The projector made a faint sound like it was going to turn off and the. It would power down. Now there is no power getting to it at all because the LED light goes from dim to off. Any suggestions?

LED light is non existent, fans spin for a bit and then stop. Nothing happens when power is pressed on remote or device. We have unplugged it and plugged it back in. No warning for a bulb came on the screen earlier or anything of the sorts. Stumped...

SOURCE: new lamp, no power!

if there are no leds lit, i'm surprised that it powers up. but if there is no light when the fans are running, it may be the ballast that needs replacing.

What does it mean when that blinking green light turns to orange one in lp 350?

Hi
This would be "Standby"
When you press standby, the display and audio turn off and a blank screen is displayed for 15 minutes.
You can change the amount of time the projector stays in standby mode; see “Standby Time” on page 27 for details.
The LED lights orange while the projector is in standby.
• If you press standby again within 15 minutes, the projector returns to normal operations immediately. The LED changes from orange to green.
• If you press standby again after 15 minutes, there is about a 60 second delay before the lamp turns back on. The LED flashes green while the lamp is re-lighting.
• If you don’t press standby again, the lamp turns off after 15 minutes. The LED lights orange while the projector is in standby.

Lamp won't stay lit

I've got the same problem, I'm wondering if it has to do with some sort of auto shut off kicking in due to overheating or something, I was gonna try replacing the fan to see if it's something to do with that

InFocus LP725 light goes out after 10 minutes

The Projector will turn off after so many hours of running the same bulb module. The counter will turn on a replace bulb LED. Installing the new bulb module should reset the counter and turn off the LED.

Check the projector’s lamp to ensure that it is securely connected
in the lamp module. Make sure by removing it and reinserting it.

Check the cables for problems.

When testing, power up in this order. Projector, Computer monitor, Computer.

A minor power surge may cause the lamp to shut off. Turn the
projector off, wait at least 30 seconds, then turn it back on.

I hope these suggestions help
