Test the fan by unplugging it, and jumping off the battery. This will tell you if the fan motor itself is working or not. If it works, post back and I'll tell you how to check the engine codes, a sending unit on the engine could be nfg and causing the fan to not come on. If the fan doesn't come on when jumped, replace the fan motor.

This could be two unassociated problems; the flickering oil light can indicate that the pressure sensor for the idiot light is failing- this is not uncommon, the other can be a failed temperature sensor sensor on the main radiator.
The low oil pressure condition may also be indicative of a worn engine part or parts.
It would make sense to have the actual oil pressure checked in a shop to see if it is in the normal range which should lay between ~30 & 60 pounds depending on engine RPMs and engine temperature.
The idiot lights trigger at around 4-5 pounds and this is really pretty late for a warning; if the pressure is actually that low, not only lubrication is too little but the cooling effect of the circulating oil is inadequate.
If it was my car, I would replace both sensors before getting too worried.
The cost of these together (parts only) should be well under $50 US.

Remove the rad support cover, remove the electric cooling fan and shroud, disconnect the tranny cooler lines, drain the cooling system, remove the upper and lower hoses, remove the rad brackets on top of the rad (one on each side), have someone hold the AC core out of the way and carefully slide the radiator up and out

Jump a wire from the battery to the hot lead on the fan -- see if it turns -- if it turns, check the fan relay.

works only when ac on but my ac doesn't work compressor jam since whether is cool not urgent to repair ac at the moment

The fan does not come on until the engine is about 230-235 degrees F, this means the temp guage will be well on it's way to hot before the fan comes on.
DOES THE FAN HAVE POWER, DOES IT RUN WITH THE AC OR DEFROST ON?
