My Minn Kota Endura 30 motor needed armature and brushes cleaned after being clagged up from salt water intrusion which got down the transom shaft when the whole thing fell into the lake. The four permanent magnets came out of position while dismantling, and I need to know correct orientation for replacing them, particularly distance apart on each side. Can you explain the arrangement? It runs now in both directions but only sluggishly.
Bob.
I am interested in the Premium Plan, but have had no relevent (i.e. Workable solution) offered on my initial attempts to try out Fixya, as the solution offered applied to American respondents while I am coming from Australia. Maybe Fixya is not geared for foreign appplicants? ...so I am not yet persuaded to up level to Premium.

Thanks anyway, but as I am in Australia, the solution to speak to Dave is another problem, but I hoped that Fixya might be worth a try.
