1:unplug it COP) from the harness.
2: remove the hold down screw.
3: gently turn it CW /CCW like 10 times as needed, to see if it comes loose. for sure do not fracture the COP actual.
and not wreck it's boots. (CW= clockwise) CC means counter CW)
I use shop air to blast down is sides to blow it loose.(cheating is fair)
or have spare boots and yank out the COP.
