ok i got a solution for u , here's the steps: 1- create another account 2- register ur same exact number used on ur suspended account and confirm it 3- you will receive an email at ur suspended accounts email telling you that the number has been removed from ur account an registered to someone els 4- now try to login to ur suspended account , it will give you 2 ways to verify ur account ( recognizing ur friends pics , or use phone )
now u can verify ur account .. i used pictures to not fail in the phone troubles again
i dont think they will give you your account back because they are very strict to those who violate their terms.same has happened to my friend and his account was temporarely blocked by youtube.
Hi, Indeed it is frustrating (and weird as well). But can you check, you signed out correctly? If you open Google.com, you will see your email address at top right of the page. If not, then change the try changing the browser. These are only to get sign in page. If you are getting sign in page and cannot sign in that means password is wrong. you can try password reset. Do you know any reason at all why your account got suspended? If you don't, contact them by directly by their support site and ask them foe the reason why your account got suspended:
I have the exact same problem don't call sony it won't work they will give you a bunch of automation messages (I know iv'e tried) try calling sony later when they have the psn fully back up, also try all your email accounts (assuming you have more than 1) if u can't remember one try asking your friend or something they might know since they probably have you on contacts. The final reason is make a new account and restart everything (not reccomended)
