The abs light means your anti-lock brake system has detected a fault and probably isn't working. Your check engine light probably came on at the same time. Get a mechanic or someone with a car computer code reader to connect to the diagnostic port under the dash and read off the error codes to diagnose your problem better.
It sound like you have a loose ground on the radio mount. Pull the radio, you will have to remove most of the dash, and ensure that all of the screw in the radio mount, around the inside of the mount, aer tight.
Either the brake lines need to be bled, or brake fluid is very low. Maybe on the last brake servicing, a leak developed. Are there signs of fluid loss, such a spot on the floor, or stained wheels?
