If the Phone says Phone Freeze it's because of wrong code entered.It's Samsung Phone ?Because samsung Phone will say Phone Freezed..You need to Unfreeze it using the Unfreeze Code.You can get the Unfreeze code for Samsung Phone European Phones at Unlocking4u.com/samsung-europe-unlocking-service/rs6wp10/ and Unfreeze it

SOURCE: bad contact charger

The charging port is bad, so you have to take it to a technician or get a universal or desktop charger to charge you battery.
