Not starting. Fuel system complete: check; starter switch: check; spark plug: check (good spark) Dismantled carburetor unit, cleaned carefully, primer bulb checked. System primed and found fuel circulation ok but never reaches the cylinder inlet. It seems not possible to dismount the fuel nozzle for examination. Your advise is most welcome.
One of the most common failures would be the smallest air leakage in the pickup tube. the siphon effect is cancelled by an air leak too small to see. If the trimmer will start momentarily or "pop over" when fuel is administered directly through the venture or spark plug hole then the issue is definitely fuel delivery. bad diaphragm, swollen fuel lines or a blockage in the main jet or venture tube.

This sounds like the carb needs to be adjusted like it is letting to much fuel into the cylinder. There is supposed to be fuel and air mixture in the cylinder to make it fire. If there is to much fuel what will happen is that it will just build up in there and the air wont get hot enough as it compresses to start the engine.

Sounds like you need to take the carb. apart and clean it. I like to use a Den Tek Brush, (used for cleaning teeth), to clean the small ports in carb. they work great for this job. Make sure to either clean or replace the small screen in thcarb. as well.

Ok you have to be 100% certain that you reassembled those hoses correctly, if any one of them is incorrect you are dead in the water as far as getting fuel properly. Tell me 2 things, Why did you feel they needed to be changed? and now that you've done it does the new primer bulb pump fuel at all, and maintain a full bulb of fuel after 15 min?
