Hi ya, I bought a iRiver H320 20 GB MP3 Player in May 2006. It was working fine till middle of August. I didn't use it from mid August to November and didn't charge it as well. Now I want to use it but can't turn it on. I charged it for several hours and for several days, sometimes for 12 hours a day. But still it's not turning back on. Tried reset and it didn't work as well. Please help me how to fix this problem. Thanks, Andy

Hi Andy- I have the same problem. Spoke to IRvier America & was told that they have no repair service for anything out of warranty- so we're on our own. Was also told that there are third party repair companies that can be found online. Maybe between the 2 of us we can find a solution. Care to keep in touch? Terese

I haven't given up the hope yet. Sometimes I charge, but doesn't work. Looking for any iRiver repair shop. Dou you guys know any?
I have a Iriver H320, I plugged it in my car power adapter 5v dc,in reverse polarity. and it wouldn't restart. After resetting it, now it comes on but, stays on data screen,or media. And won't shut off.
Now it only works good when it is plugged in computer. Or if I remove it from computer media, without notice. But still won't shut off.
I also am having the same problem. My Iriver 430 was working great for the last 3 years. Let the battery go down really low before plugging it in. Now it does the same thing only connects to the computer and won't turn off. I even reformated, updated the firmware, nothing.

my iriver h340 would not start. i put it on charge yet no power came. i reset it and yet still no power came on. could you please help
one day it just turned off in the middle of a song and it wont turn on. its been nearly a month sinse i last used it
