"Can't Found DRM Key"
The DRM key is specific to the songs that you have downloaded, not the mp3 player itself. Most music services give you files in what is called WMA format. WMA files have DRM-encryption on them usually (unless they were burned from a CD or removed). To get the DRM key back, you have to either renew your music service subscription, or upgrade your music service subscription (in some limited cases, the music services only let you listen to the songs for 30 days, and then they require you to pay for that individual song to continue using it).
Convert the songs to Mp3 format, and you will never get that message agin.
Hdd is full
You will need to delete some things from the HDD. Look at what you have and remove anything that you do not use that is taking up a large amount of space.

Hello,
Is this your first time of using this iriver h320 with your computer?
Connect the iriver h320 to another computer and observe if it's going to work perfectly on that computer.
Which ever the case may be, here is what you need to do on your computer;
Insert the iriver h320 into your computer
Go to device manager.
Go to the name of the iriver h320.
Right click on the iriver h320 and click 'Uninstall"
Allow the iriver h320 uninstall from your computer.
If possible uninstall every other device under the "Universal serial bus controller (usb).
Once this is done, disconnect/remove the iriver h320 from your computer.
Restart your computer.
Wait a while for the computer to boot computer. Also whatever you have uninstalled from the device manager, might install automatically. Which ever the case maybe, make sure your computer has finished booting or installing any device before you attempt to insert the external drive into the usb.
Now insert the iriver h320 and wait for the computer to install the iriver h320, then observe if it will open this time around and you can format the iriver h320.
By now it should open. But if it doesn't open, please let me know so that I may direct you further on what next to do.
I wish you good luck.
Regards.
