My HP PSC 750 will make copies only after they are in the computer. It will neither scan things to put into the computer from the glass nor will it print things on the glass. It will print only from the computer. I have two NEW ink cartridges in it, but the red light still comes on almost immediately after turning on the machine and sends the message of "Scanner Failure". Turning off the machine and turning it back on again does not rectify the problem, nor does unplugging everything and plugging them all back in again.
I have a psc 750 and will not scan error message "scanner parameter error" on the monitor screen. the scanner keeps trying to move even when it is at the end next to the psc control panel
scanner failure. turn off power yada yada. will not work
