Screen tuns black after 15 seconds and comes back after about 15 minuts

I have a panasonic TX-25LK10C When we turn on the TV we get a normal view for 10 till 30 seconds. After that the screen turns black. This black screen stays for 5 till 30 minuts, then the normal view comes back at ones. After this the TV works normal until the end of the evening. Using vidio or dvd gives the same effect. Some times the view is already black when the TV turns on. Then the normal view will also come back after 5 till 30 minuts. Does anyone has clu what the problem is?

The solder joints on the vertical output IC have cracked. This is a very common problem on those sets.

Rule out any loose contacts in power outlet, RC Jack, cables and connectors. The problem described by you calls for opening the back cover and further investigation, which should only be done by a qualified service technician.

1.Check the device's battery level for at least two bars of strength.
2.If the battery level is low, charge the battery.
3.If the issue is not resolved, remove the back cover.
4.Remove the battery.
5.Wait 10 seconds.
6.Press and hold the W key.
7.While pressing down the W key, re-insert the battery.
•The device restarts and after approximately 15 seconds, the 'Recovery' screen appears
•Release the power button but *continue holding the home button*, for another 30 seconds.

The TV cuts off frequently. The screen is blank & no sound.
It is probable you have a poor soldered connection on the power supply board, hence the erratic timing of the TV going on & off. If you are competent with a soldering iron look for dry jointed soldering on the board. If not have a service engineer take a look at it for you.

Stand by light flashes red on powering up with remote and the green light flashes approx 15 or times before the screen illuminates.
thats pretty normal, it takes a good second or two to warm up and the display to turn on(at least0, you get the green flashes as you hold for on, 1 sec is a long time at times, lol, be patient, no problem with your tv!
