When i turn on TV, the green indicator lights comes on for a split second. The No Signal pops up and the indicator light turns red. There is only a blue screen and no sound.

The HDMI and the cables and the inputs can interrupt the video signal output. While the audio still works.The input sockets and the cables are bad on your TV.
Hi.The signal lights red means the primary power of your tv is good and the signal lights green indicate the second power.If the green lights is flashing it means that they have shorted parts in the crt board.Maybe the problem is in the power section of the crt.Need for troubleshoot or repair the crt board.

out, Q705, 732, 761 and other components on the C board, also check
Q218, 219, 220 on the A board. In addition, unit could be in IK
blanking, try turning up screen slightly.

I had the same exact problem.
I removed the bulb and cleaned it. There is a small screen at the top of the bulb and it was covered with dust. Once it was cleaned I replaced the bulb and it solved the problem.
