Is this seat FAA Approved!?! Help!

I'm having ahorrible time finding out if this carseat is FAA Approved for a flight. I looked for a sticker ont he seat, couldn't see anything and I have NO clue where our users manual is. I have a few weeks until I make a cross country trip with my 3 year old and I am praying I don't have to buy another carseat. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!!!

As far as I know this seat is approved by the FAA so you can go on your trip with this car seat and feel safe. If you want to be sure I suggest you drop a visit to the manufacturer site.

Is it easier to be a Kalita 747 pilot than a Delta 737 pilot if you have lots of CRJ time?

  • FAA Multi-Engine Airline Transport Certificate or Restricted Multi-Engine Airline Pilot Certificate
  • 2500+ hours of total time minimum.
  • If Military: >1000 hrs. Total Time. Turbine and PIC are flexible.
  • 1500 turbine (jet) flight time min.
  • 500 PIC turbine (jet) flight time min.
  • Current FAA Class 1 Medical Certificate
  • FCC Radio License
  • No restrictions on International Travel
  • Current US Passport
  • Ability to pass a 10-year security background check and pre-employment **** and Alcohol test
Those are the minimum requirements for kalitta. As you can see with 6500TT & 4000+ CRJ time you meet the requirements. It all really comes down to the interview and the impression you leave with the interviewer. I'm with United and it was not so easy to get with them. But once you're in its good.

Has my baby car seat expired

Hi
On the carseat shell you'll find an orange and white sticker which shows manufacture date. It is recommended that carseats with integral harness are replaced once they reach 5-6 years old.

Find manufacture date

Hi
Manufacturing date is found on the orange and white label on the carseat shell / underside of the carseat base if applicable. The attached image shows how to read the information found on this sticker. 2b4a3941-4636-43d9-ad0f-e6cf27e43762.jpg

How to install a forward facing baby seat in 2005 gmc 2500 pickup truck

If you are able to feed the seat belt through the car seat, latch it then using the weight of your body and your knee in the seat push the car seat down and pull the seat belt out all the way until it stops. Once it starts reeling back in it will make a clicking sound letting you know it is locking. Feed all of the slack back into the reel and the seat will be locked into place.

Rethreading 5-point harness

Hi Tamara,
We'd have to advise you to contact Dorel USA for further assistance. You can e-mail direct to [email protected]

On the back of the carseat shell you will find an orange and white sticker. Take a photo of this sticker and attach it to the e-mail as it will help the customer care advisors to determine which carseat model you have.

The car seat I have is a maxi cosi cabriofix type eti 0618. I recently purchased a mamas and papas zoom pushchair along with the cybex aton car seat adaptors which I was told would be compatible with my...

Hi

Maxi-Cosi do not produce the adapters for the carseat to be used with Mamas & Papas chassis. Adapters would be designed, tested, approved and sold from Mamas & Papas. If the adapters do not fit the carseat they need to investigate this for you. The CabrioFix carseat is only one model and regardless of date of manufacture all Maxi-Cosi adapters for CabrioFix are the same. (For using Maxi-Cosi carseat on Maxi-Cosi pushchair chassis)

I can not find the instruction manual for the carseat. Do you know the height/weight restrictions?

federal regulations state that it should be listed on a sticker on the carseat itself.

Ventura sx405 no instructions pls help

HI,

On the side of the carseat there will be a sticker showing the routing of the seatbelt. However, if you visit this link:

http://www.silvercross.co.uk/contact/instruction-manuals/

You will find a manual showing how to install it.

I hope this helps.
