besides descaling you need to lube the brew group, especially the bit that accepts the group nozzle. You might have a leaking boiler too, 6 years is pretty good for a vienna.
Remove the brew group and look for the two red o-rings on teh brass bit, smear some lube on it, they might need replacing by now, but luckily they aren't too expensive and readily available albeit a bit tricky to install, a good light and some patience is very important.

SOURCE: re: no coffee comes out after the grinding and loading stages!
Sounds like your coffee grinder is grinding too fine. I would up the size of your grinder. The larger the numbers the coarser the grinds. Also, should descale the machine if you haven't in a while. One of these two things may help.
Also, if the above two things do not work you can try to clean out your grinder using the instruction #2 posted on the website http://cerinicoffee.com/Saeco_technical_documents.asp

Try this, adjust the grind to a coarser setting atleast 2 numbers, then remove brew unit and look behind at white plastic valve, there is a small chamber under valve make sure chamber is clean and that the small discharge from chamber to drain tray is also clear. Then remove shower screen from brew unit and clean if necessary, also check the tube from the shower. Reinsert and test.
The classic form of espresso is a small shot (2-3oz) of
pressure brewed coffee made using about 1tblspn of finely ground coffee. There are several ways in which this original
format has been altered to come up with various types of espresso coffee
drinks. Here is a short list of some of
the more popular varieties:
•
Americano - espresso with hot water added to
dilute the strength
•
Macchiato - espresso shot with a small amount of
frothed milk on top
•
Corretto - espresso mixed with a bit of alcohol
•
Cappuccino - a shot of espresso topped with 1/3
steamed milk and 1/3 frothed milk
•
Mocha - a latte with chocolate powder/chocolate
sauce added
