You would need to contact Creative customer support, but based on past experiences with this type of product they will want you to send it in for an exchange and won't sell the part, but give it a shot.

Worked for my P580 volume control unit.

Speaker adapter is o.k. but no power, i cheked wires&on-off switch found o.k.

u cant control the volume whitout the volume control, u have to fix that one or get another like that.by the way what is the problem with him?

Creative used to sell the replacement volume controls on there site but I guess they stopped selling them.

So what I would do is select your product at http://support.creative.com/

Then click on Contact Us

Next click on My problem is not listed

This will get you to email support. Send them an email stating that you need a replacement volume control and powersupply. They will ether refer you to Customer Service or to the RMA department to get a replacement.

I brought sound system, but unfortunately I miss place volume control, I would like to ask suggestion without volume control could i operate sound system....... could i get seprate part to buy from delers or mfg.

this s bcoz of loose connection...jus press the volume control with ful force once then it will be solved...chill!!!!
