From the home screen:

1. Tap the Menu key
2. Tap 'Settings'
3. Scroll down and tap 'About Device'
4. Tap 'Status'

The MAC is listed under 'Wi-Fi MAC Address'
How to find the IP address on your Streak:
From the home screen:

1. Tap the Menu key
2. Tap 'Settings'
3. Tap 'Wireless Controls'
4. Tap 'Wi-Fi Settings'

At the bottom, under 'Wi-Fi Networks', tap the connection you are connected to and the IP address will be displayed on the next screen

it seems to have a reset button internally that might be worth a try. otherwise a full hard reset may be worth trying but that erases all data so backit up 1st. how to hard reset dell streak 7 hope that helps

ANDROID Tablet Freezes at Android startup screen

For Superpad VI - 10.1" Android Version 4.03, this worked for me!

1. Press & hold START button
2. When "VIMICRO" appears, Then Press & Hold the MENU button
3. The Android System Recovery <3e> Menu should appear
4. Scroll down using the Volume Key to "wipe data/factory reset"
5. Press HOME Button
6. Scroll down to "Yes - delete all user data"
7. Press the HOME Button
At this point the system will do a recovery and hard start, and will be on "reboot system now
8.Press the HOME Button
Your system should reboot normally, but you will need to enter all new data, as it has been wiped clean.

There is no manual for Android Operating System (OS) as such because different vendors (like Dell, Samsung, etc) can customize the OS. So no manual will work on all devices. As mariolands said, there is no trash bin because Apple wants to make the device as simple as possible for users to use. Actually, if you think about it, a trash/recycle bin is not even necessary as the user does not need to worry about things like that.
If you were wondering how to remove apps, then you have to hold any app icon on the home screen for several seconds until they start wiggling. As they begin to wiggle, you should see a cross in the top corner of each app. To delete an app, just tap on the "x" and it should be deleted.
As for the mail, once you're in the mail app, just swipe right on the message you want to delete and an option to delete will appear on the right. Alternatively, you can tap Edit at the top right and select the message(s) you want to delete.
