Purchase a samsung HT-Q40 dvd home theater system and it didnt come with a manual or user guide to operate it or the remote... I know it workks but Im disable and need further help settign it up.... I already own 2 samsung tvs.... please help me i need instructions/manual /or user guide

It's part of an HTiB (Home Theater in a Box). Get the speakers that it's designed to mate with. HTIB's are not like components. Due to proprietary connectors and who knows what else under the hood, they are not intended to be mixed and matched with other units.
This unit has standard speaker connections so you might be able to find some speakers to hook up to it, but its original speakers were rated at 3-ohms impedance and the spec for the amp is also at 3-ohms. You probably won't blow anything up trying them, but don't expect earth-shattering volume from typical 8-ohm speakers. As the saying goes, individual results will vary.
How exactly did you expect the TV to be the speakers for this thing? It doesn't have an outbound audio connection. TV's are traditionally the part that makes pretty moving pictures while other electronics and speakers take care of the audio end.
