Get the insurance plan for your Sidekick

If your Sidekick drops, gets water damage on it, or for whatever reason it doesn't work, pay the insurance on it on your bill.
Insuron has a deductible for the phone and it is cheaper than going through the headaches of buying a new one from T-Mobile or EBay.
If you don't have it, you should get it added to your bill.

my touchscreen doesn't work,

Usually when touch screen doesn't work, it's a sign of water damage. It's also possible that you dropped it at some point and ruined the sensors inside. But it's PROBABLY water damage. What you can do is bring it to your phone carrier's closest store and ask them to check if your phone suffered water damage. They'll open the phone up and look. If it is water damage, you'll probably have to pay for a new one...If you're insured, it probably won't be that expensive.

The good news is, if you bring it there and it ISN'T water damage, you probably won't have to pay anything at all for them to replace it. Hope this helps!

Put your phone in a bowl of rice for 24 hours, that should fix it. if not, you have water damage, so you need to get a new sidekick. I hope you have insurance. If your phone works, just leave it be lol
