1) Test the Speed sensor and adjust the same as intructed in your owner manual 2) Plugin very well the connector and clean. 3)exchange batteries by new one in the display board 4) tight the flexible cord from keypanel vs display board 5) tight the connector from display board vs lower board very well. 6)Now test the main motor if is faulty ( short winding) 7) main motor controllber board is faulty ( test the 115VAC + 5VDc for por supply input coming 8) Power transforner maybe faulty.
See the block diagramm that i Did FOR you kno how the main motor board has aprox 90% of functions of any treadmills. Now you will have strong DIAGNOSTIC, for to measurement the answer Right.

My jack screw needed to be adjusted. It is a long screw about 1" in diameter. If you take the cover off, you should clearly see the jack screw. If you adjust the incline with the cover off, you should see the jack screw rotate. One end of the jack screw may have come out allowing the screw to rotate freely and not raise the incline. If you can reengage the screw, it may work. I don't know if this will help, but I needed to do it.

When was the last time you placed the correct lubrication between the walk belt and the walk board. This is a very common issue. Make sure you DO NOT use anything from an aerosol can. The acetone will cause the belt to get dry, hard and crack.

if you look at the front roller. there will be a black device that has two wires. this is your speed sensor. Make sure it is facing the magnet on the roller.
