1) Test the Speed sensor and adjust the same as intructed in your owner manual 2) Plugin very well the connector and clean. 3)exchange batteries by new one in the display board 4) tight the flexible cord from keypanel vs display board 5) tight the connector from display board vs lower board very well. 6)Now test the main motor if is faulty ( short winding) 7) main motor controllber board is faulty ( test the 115VAC + 5VDc for por supply input coming 8) Power transforner maybe faulty.See the block diagramm that i Did FOR you kno how the main motor board has aprox 90% of functions of any treadmills. 1)probably a faulty speed sensor 2) the speed sensor is not plugged in properly.3) possibly a faulty motor test for 115 vca without load 4) control board or lower board for measure 115 vca and +5vca 5) Run the calibration sofware for easy diagnotic see the diagram attached.6) Test the transformer for primARY VOLtage and secondary voltage. see the TIP. First thing to do with these folding vision fitness treadmills is REPLACE THE MAINS SUPPLY CABLE They were supplied with very poor quality cable that cause issues like juddering stopping and speed fluctuations.

My guess is the drive belt has come off. Open the plastics up slightly and look in with a torch.
