here is the support center for lenovo ..and I already selected your model ..
select the operation system you use..and download the audio driver and reinstall it clean ..(this means you have to remove from control panel . remove programs ..all drivers related with the audio card ..and you might have already tried without success ..)
After installing restart the system ..and if there is nothing wrong physically with the sound card .. it will work just fine

Not yet.
Check to see if the Mute has not been selected.
Check the volume level move the slider to a louder level.
Insert a headphone into the headphone socket to see if you can hear a sound.
If all these are done and you still do not hear sounds then you have a problem.
For a fix -
Then I suggest you get an USB audio stick, plug it into an USB port, install the driver and connect speakers to the USB audio stick.

Check in Properties, in the section of battery or display, there's an option (i think) which fades the display when the battery is at a certain level.
