have you connect it with a network with your wireless? and does that connection connected succesfully?
or are you using modem? does the modem connected succesfully?

Install the necessary drivers and if still it don't work then,uninstall your pc suite and then reinstall it from your cd which was given during purchase and don't run anything in the background while installation and restart your pc after installation and then connect your phone to pc and then,also,check whether you have selected pc suite,under connection settings in phone..Then when you connect you can see your phone is connected...Have a nice day...

1) install Motorola Phone Tools in PC.
2) Select Modem in Phone Main Menu >> Settings >> Connection >> Modem.
3) Connect the handset with PC and run The MPT.
4.) Select the File transfer media and transfer data from Mobile to PC.

i cant find pc suite for LG ke970, due to that i cant connect my phone to pc. from where i can get the pc suite for that mobile.I don`t have cd to install

well the best way to connect your mobile with computer is through data cable.. you should have nokia N73 data cable (DKU-2) and download nokia pc suit from nokia website..

you can download it in Nokia.com the latest.
Install the software and connect the datacable.

Check Activesync settings if USB connection is enabled.

Activesync > File > Connection settings > Check "Allow USB Connection"
