Hello there, the problem with your unit could be caused by a low battery or a system malfunction. The unit might need to be reset. The reset instructions can be found on page 13 of your User Manual. Reset the unit and the error should sort itself out automatically. Unless of course your network provider has decided to cancel these features on your line then you have to take it up with them.
