How can i unblock face in system by settings?

click on the settings icon in the top right corner, [the small gear] and click on "account settings"
on the right side you will be able to see
Privacy
Timeline and Tagging
Blocking
Click on the "Blocking" one with the red circle
and just type in the person you want to block

what do you mean unblock because of troubles? if you want to close ... meaning deactivate because you're having problems, just click MY ACCOUNT, then DEACTIVATE Account. Check your spelling and your english grammar so that other people will be able to help you and fix your problem.

Go to account settings in face book and then click on privacy settings.

From here you can re-enable the hidden feeds.

well do the following steps to unblock farmville on facebook

In Facebook go to Settings > Application Settings
and then you should see Farmville
Click Edit Settings, choose Additional Permissions tab and tick :D
okay that should add the farmville news feed in facebook

i guess your system administartor has restricted this sites, he is the only who will do that for you, except u have access to your internet sevre.
