Just purchased an iPad 2 and there are no instructions. How do I use it?

Hi you should have got the pass code off who ever you bought it off if they refuse to give you the code it could be stolen I'd take it to Apple shop and see what they say .

You have damaged the internal video chip and/or screen. If you have purchased the iPad less then a year ago you may still have warranty coverage but Im not sure if that covers drop damage. If you purchased Apple Care you should be able to get it fixed or replaced by Apple. You can also look up the status of your apple care agreement by entering your hardware serial# here:

2. Connect your iPad to your computer and open iTunes
3. Restore your iPad from previous backup
