3. A fully charged battery takes 3 hours to complete. An 80% charged battery takes an hour and 30 minutes. I think you connected everything correctly, but the USB port on your computer did not have enough power to charge your battery. Probably not, unless you just have to have the docking station. My roomba always had trouble mating with my docking station so I never used it. I just plugged it directly in to will using the AC adapter.
