In order to retrieve a deleted phone message, all you need to do is change the state of the short message service (SMS) to 'in use' and the phone will display that message. The SIM Manager will show the messages that were marked as deleted in red. To make sure that you see them, enable the 'Show deleted SMS' option in the settings.

When problems relating to recording announcements arise most times it is as a result of a few things. When you push the line where the call is parked, you should already have the reciever in your hand. If you need to put the call on speaker and you have the reciever in hand, just push the speaker button.
