the carb could need cleaning and ajust the jet. note use hi test gas and never have this problem again

Call 800 number or go online and look up repair parts dealers. These are Chinese generators and parts are hard to find. Also check with Tractor supply they can order parts for most of them.

To remove the carb, first undo the 2 bolts on the front of the panel to expose the air filter area. Then undo the 2 nuts either side of the carb air hole. If the unit you have is a four cycle engine " no oil/gw mixing required ..use any good SAE 30 oil...no multi grade needed...good luck...
