Error code E2 is overflow problem, possibly related to the pressure switch.
If the pump runs continuously then try checking that the drain hose is not blocked or that the waste outlet is not blocked.
If that checks out OK then the pressure switch is stuck in the high level.
Take the capillary hose off from the pressure switch and blow down it to remove any residue stuck in the pipe.

Some of the washing machine models have a small pump in the bottom that clogs with lint and stuff. When you disconnect the hose from the pump get ready for alot of water to come out. prevent this by kinking the hose somehow. This was a similar problem GE had with the washer we used to have in apartments. Good Luck. When you find out how to acess the pump the rest should be easy.

If you lift the lid, the machine should stop.

Look on the side of the existing cap... it will have number and MFD after it that is the valve you need also match the voltage...

error code OE simply means “the pump is blocked”. Presumably the water isn’t being emptied properly.

IMPORTANT: Read thoroughly. DO NOT add detergent or other laundry products to this cycle.
1. Remove all items from the washer.
2. Open the dispenser drawer and 2/3 cup (160 mL) of liquid chlorine bleach to the bleach compartment. DO NOT use more than 2/3 cup (160mL) of bleach per cycle as this will lead to product damage.
3. Close the washer door and dispenser drawer.
4. Select the Clean Washer cycle or a full wash cotton 104 F wash (40 C). DO NOT use any higher temperature as this will cause unnecessary fumes
5. Press Start and allow cycle to complete.
6. If the bad odour persists, repeat the procedure 1 or 2 more times. This may be necessary if this is the first time you have run this cycle.
7. After the cycle is complete, leave the door open slightly to allow ventilation and drying of the washer interior.
8. Repeat the cleaning procedure monthly.
To maintain the washer freshness:
1. Use only HE High Efficiency detergent.
2. Leave the door open after each cycle to for better ventilation and drying of the washer interior.
3. Use warm / hot water in your machine unless the fabric you are washing requires cold.
4. Use the correct amount of fabric softener.
5. If your laundry room is damp, use a dehumidifier.
6. Clean the door seal of visible residue.

there are allot of models with different solutions for each but if every thing seems to work but it wont spin the most likely problem would be the motor has gone out I would have someone look at it if it is a newer model it may be a easy fix.

if it is an older model it would probably be cheaper to replace than fix but without being able to see it first hand I could not make a diagnosis ether way

Let's start with the detergent and the water temperature. If they are the same as what you use at home,
then I have to assume the machine may be overloaded. Back off on the load by about 1/3 and see what happens. In the worst case scenario, you could let the jeans soak in the detergent/water mix over-night
