Power supply is in need of repair. Pull out the power supply. You will find transformer (has blue tape). The location of this transformer is T701. Underside of this transformer, pin # EL41 is in need of a resolder.With a small screwdriver, scratch an area next and around this pin. With a hot soldering iron and solder...resolder this pin.
