the country or the operator have nothing to do with the problem you have specified. try resetting you mobile to the factory settings.this is a good solution to almost all the problems in mobile phone.if the problem persists still , then contact us back. thanks for using fixYa!

I suppose you have either the LG KG280 or the LG MG280.

If you can make your way to the main menu, select settings, (whatever that may be in spanish, sorry!), then go under languages to select English. I had to have a rep. from the company I have my phone thru to do this for me.

hello. i can guide you tru the menu and change the lenguage because i speak spanish. if its verizon just press:

click on menu
then click on ajustes/herramientas
then click on 5. ajustes del telefono or ajustes del tel
after that click on 3. idioma
finally click on the ingles option.

1. Turn the phone off.
