1. turn off the firewall of the computer
2. disable antivirus/antispyware programs
3. it step 2 wont work, uninstall security programs then reinstall it

When you signed up for chat hour, you were supposed to supply a valid email address. Check that email account and you will see a message from the site with the verification code in it, and usually a hyperlink as well. Sometimes, that email will be in your junk or spam folder, so check those as well. I hope this is helpful.

Go to:

Log into the account you created. You should be now at the My Account page. You'll see a section called "My products". Next to that there's a little "Edit" link.

Click on that Edit link, and you should have an option to delete the account performanently.

If you can't uninstall it from your application manager, you should be able to disable it and turn off notifications, clear cache and delete data. Once that's done look in the file manager for the app folder and delete it. Aka manually uninstalling.
