To replace the bottom in the steamer basket on a Cook's Essentials 3-tier steamer model 97500, you can follow these steps:

1. Disassemble the steamer by removing the lid and the baskets from the base.
2. Locate the bottom of the steamer basket that needs to be replaced. It may be attached to the basket with clips or other fasteners.
3. Use a flat-headed screwdriver or another tool to gently pry the bottom of the steamer basket away from the rest of the basket. Be careful not to damage the basket or the bottom as you do this.
4. Once the bottom of the steamer basket is free, remove it from the basket and set it aside.
5. Take the new bottom for the steamer basket and carefully fit it into place in the basket. Make sure that it is properly aligned and securely attached to the basket.
6. Once the new bottom is in place, reassemble the steamer by placing the baskets back into the base and attaching the lid.
7. Test the steamer to make sure that the new bottom is functioning properly and that the steamer is working correctly.
