T30 model 242 Safety relief valve pops off at

From want you are describing sounds like the high pressure valves are leaking in the HP Head. there are 2 safeties on this unit . If the safety that's lifting is between the low and high pressure cylinders it's hp valves leaking. If the tank safety is lifting at 50-60 psi It should be replaced. It is a 200 psi safety.

What size breaker do I

Look at the motor tag. It should give you the run amps which I believe is about 22. What ever your amps are on the tag multiply by 1.5. If it comes up like my example (11 + 22 = 33) go to the next available size. Like 35 or 40. This should size the breaker to get the unit through start up.

What weight of lubrication do i use for this

Yes it is always a good practice to bleed the tank down. there is a check valve in the top of the receiver tank that keeps air from blowing back Thur the system. However if it's leaking you will have pressure on the oil sump. As for type of oil use a 30 weight non detergent oil. Recommend using ir's t30 all season or another type made for air compressor's.

Oil in my air line

Oil in the air lines indicates you have air pump problems; either worn or broken piston rings or badly scored cylinder wall(s), usually both. You'll have to disassemble the air pump or take it to a service center to find out what's wrong inside pump.

Can't get it to come

Warm it up with a heat lamp, hair dryer etc. Release all air pressure from the tank first. Check your oil and use only compressor oil.
