try a program called bitpim. You will need a usb cable for your phone. If you phone has a microsd slot, chances are your photos you can store your photos directly to it and then remove the microsd card and put it in a sd card reader.

according to motorola, cdma phones can not directly set up call forwarding..however they can do it by contacting service provider.
us cellular is a cdma service provider.

You must configure your computer by installing the software driver from the internet (Picture viewer). Does
your cell phone have the USB port adapter? Plug it in the USB port of your computer. Connect to the internet. Your computer will prompt you with instruction. Just follow these intructions.. Send in your e-mail should you need further assistance.

You'll need first to remove the battery and look at the sticker on the back of the phone where the battery was. You should see a number labeled the IMEI.

Contact the provider the phone was made to use (AT&T, Verizon, etc). Their name or emblem should be on the phone somewhere.

You may have accidentally set to airplane mode. Check to make sure this setting is NOT enabled.

HI If you are asking for pin contact your service provider , he will give you a default pin . If you try pin more than few predefined no of times your phone will ask PUK code which can also be given only by your service provider which is specific for each and every mobile number . Donot try PUK code many times or else your sim will be blocked and you will need a new sim.
Contact your sim customer care department over phone. Its free of cost to get the pin or puk no.
