Phone will not turn on completly on....display is
Seems like the phone is unable to turn on fully, this is most likely caused by a hardware issue or a software problem, the software problem is pretty rare, its either a hardware issue or a software problem.
In or out of warranty, contact your dealer / motorola for service. They will either repair, reflash or replace the phone for you.

Pic mail
what type of phone do you have and check all your phone settings for possible 'block' of calls,text,pic messages. Look into your security settings for this answer and open it up. hope this helps you.

Motorola w385 turns off on its own
check the memory on your phone. if your screen turns white and than automatically shuts off. sounds like you may not have enough memory available to open your pictures. go to menu than my content>options>check memory. this should tell you how much memory you have available. if you are zero memory available, you may have to contact motorola or your carrier to reset your phone, which you will lose all your contact information and photos. good luck!!

Difficulty adding songs to cell phone
GOT TO WWW.BITPIM.ORG and download the program on to your computer it is a program that will let you make your own ring towns and add songs ect.

Unable to charge
new charger or your battery is damaged in some sort of way... there might even be a short in one of the wires

replace microphone and open it with the star screw for cellphone only, and dissasemble it

I'm unable to set up my voicemail message on my
Press the "1" key and hold for a few seconds, this will bring up your voicemail.
Next, key the pre-set passcode of 9999, this will allow you to set-up your own message and passcode. The phone tells you how.

My keys are locked on my
try using the last 4 of your ph.num to see if that'll unlock it.
I suggest you always to change from the default lock codes BUT, you absolutely Must remember it. This is not something you can get around if you lock and lose your code.
