Mpc 1000 loud static

Maybe try adjusting the MASTER level? Good Luck Other settings Adjusting the master level You can adjust the level of the headphone and the stereo out by turning the MAIN VOLUME knob. The MAIN VOLUME changes the analog signal level. This will also adjust the entire level of the MPC1000 digitally. 01. Press the [MODE] key and then the [PAD 10] (OTHER). It switches to the OTHER mode. 02. Press the [F1] (GLOBAL) key. The GLOBAL page will be displayed. 03. In the Master level field, set the level. You will set the digital signal level, which will be sent out to the DA converter. The MPC1000 can output up to 32 sounds simultaneously. There is the great difference in the level when you play single sample and play 32 sounds. If you increase the value in the Mater level field, you can increase the entire level of the MPC1000 to create more powerful sound with less noise. However, if you playback many sounds at the same time, the level may be overloaded, which may cause distortion. If you decrease the value in the Master level field, you can prevent distortion when you play many sounds at the same time. However, you cannot have a good result in respect to the noise or punch of the sound. Set the appropriate value in the Master level field depending on the application.

Good evening, I have an

I would look for either corruption of the file you loaded or attempted to save or if it might be too big to store in the unit.

It might be the memory card was not properly formatted for the machine.

A real problem is those who try to use a memory card that is bigger than the machine allows. MANY of them allow ONLY a 2 GB card maximum. If one tries to use a larger the units will freeze. Check that your card is listed as compatible as many, even the correct size, are not fully compatible.

I have an older MPC 1000 & just today it

There is probably a switch problem. IF these use the conductive rubber contact type switch buttons where a "pill" of conductive rubber is pressed onto a circuit board with traces, CLEAN the contact rubber AND the circuit board with 99% isoprophyl alcohol and Q tips. This type buttons feel "Rubbery and squishy" when pressed.

If the buttons have a hard tactile feel, then check for a bad button that might have broken internal parts and replace it... OFTEN you can tell by the "feel" when pressing compared to others.

In either case, disassembly and service is required.

I sample on mpc and a crazy computer noise

This usually means your digital buffer overloads. When you have added several layers on to a sound it can be to much. Try to sample the sound again. If it comes back try to take the sample in a lower bitrate. Maybe your maybe can not keep up with the bitrate.

Is it a bad idea to fly with my akai mpc 2000?

Good idea to carry it with you. Fluctuating barometric pressure will not affect it.

Akai ewi 5000 stops playing after a few minutes, how to fix it?

  • The battery is low. The EWI 5000 uses a rechargeable battery, and if the battery is low, it may not be able to power the instrument for very long. Try charging the battery or replacing it with a new one.
  • The power cord is not plugged in properly. Make sure that the power cord is plugged in securely to the instrument and to the power outlet.
  • The instrument is overheating. The EWI 5000 can overheat if it is used for extended periods of time. If the instrument is overheating, it will stop playing to prevent damage. Try taking a break from playing the instrument and letting it cool down.
  • There is a problem with the instrument. If you have tried all of the above and the instrument is still not working, there may be a problem with the instrument itself. You may need to contact Akai customer support for help.
Here are some tips to help prevent this problem from happening in the future:
  • Keep the battery charged. Make sure that the battery is always charged so that the instrument does not run out of power.
  • Plug the instrument in properly. Make sure that the power cord is plugged in securely to the instrument and to the power outlet.
  • Take breaks from playing. If you are playing the instrument for extended periods of time, take breaks to let it cool down.
  • Have the instrument serviced regularly. If you use the instrument frequently, it is a good idea to have it serviced regularly by a qualified technician. This will help to prevent problems from occurring.
I hope this helps!

Power button repair

The power switch will need to be replaced. This will need to be done by a tech rather than the end user unless you are experienced in electronic repair. Take it to the shop.

How to connect s1100 akai sampler to a mixing board music amplier how to connect the jack plug into the right connections

You would come out of the S1100 l/r output jacks into your mixer line input jacks on 2 channels, one panned left, one panned right. Be sure to adjust the input pad on each channel to where you're getting a hot enough signal and that the channels you're inputing to are routed to the mixer's main outputs.

When we try to play LP records, the arm stops half

If it's on ONE particular record, it may have a deep groove that the needle cannot move past. It could also be that you don't have enough pressure on the needle which you can adjust on the arm with a turn of the counter-weight (should be a knob on the other end from the needle)
