L' imprimante est sans doute bloqu?e par un objet ( morceau de papier ) coinc? dans les rouleaux . Je ne suis pas familiaris? avec ce mod?le mais il faudrait enlever le couvercle pour acc?der aux rouleaux et voir ce qui se passe . Un simple bout de papier ( souvent du collant ) suffit ? provoquer la panne .
La m?canique doit ?tre impeccablement propre .
Il faut aussi v?rifier si le pilote correct a ?t? valablement install? , notamment en fonction du syst?me d'exploitation .
Je d?brancherais l' imprimante pour commencer et desinstallerais le logiciel/pilote . Faire ensuite un red?marrage de l' ordi . R?installer le logiciel / pilote et rebrancher l' imprimante apr?s installation .
Attendre confirmation que le pilote a ?t? install? correctement .
Verifier aussi dans le gestionnaire des p?riph?riques s' il n' y pas un probl?me de pilote .

Air bubbles on tubes
Ink cartridges should be stored in their original packaging in an upright position with the printhead facing up. If you have several cartridges enclosed in the same package, ink might start leaking and mixing if cartridges are stored on their side.
Make sure that the storage space is not to warm. Excessive heat can make air bubbles in the cartridge expand causing ink to leak.

You either have a torn ITB belt or a faulty ITB belt unit.
If this is not your problem then you could have a faulty ID sensor or a faulty PCU that is causing your Process Controll to fail and generate the SC285.

- Description: Fuser reload error
This SC is issued if one of following conditions occurs: The fusing temperature rises 8°C or less in 1.5 seconds; and this continues 5 times consecutively. -or- The fusing temperature has not reached 45°C within 9 seconds (after the fusing lamp comes ON while the machine is warming-up). -or- The fusing unit does not attain reload temperature within 35 s. (normal temperature) or 65 s (lower temperature - the thermistor output is less than 18°C) after the fusing temperature control starts.
