Press Download torrent from one of the links. The second one has a greater number of seeders so, it would be better. Download the torrent file from both of the links. I will write later why.
You will need a Bittorrent client to download it. I recommend Utorrent. Here is the download link for the software:
http://www.utorrent.com/downloads . Download the software, install it and open the torrent file downloaded from one of the links from above with it.
You can open the torrent file from the second link. Now open the second torrent file and when asked if you want to "load trackers" from it, press "Yes". This way you will have a greater number of seeders to download from.
You will have to burn or mount the image of the game. If you want to mount the image use Daemon Tools. Here is the download link:

Install it and mount the image using it. You will have an icon showing a thunder near the clock. Right click on it, select a device and then select the path of the image you downloaded.
Install the game. Use the serials or the keygen from the razor1911 directory.
After the installation process follow the next steps:
-Run and Install Final Version Patch;
-Copy TS3.exe and TSLHost.dll from crack directory to installation folder GameBin folder (overwrite - replace)
-And least but not last, enjoy playing.
