power supply unit fault. Visit repair store for checking the power supply unit.

These have a common fault with them and I have 3 with the same fault (and I can't get them changed under the warranty)..

I would love to know how to repair these... if anyone has any tips.. please post it..

Hi, if this is a Pandigital frame, go to the manual pg.9 and follow instx under"Delete Photos from Internal Memory.

If it is another brand,try: on the Home screen menu,select Manage Photos( Make sure you do not have a Flash memory,camera card,usb etc connected to the frame!) and, under the Delete select the individual
photos to be deleted.

My first thought would be to format the entire memory. Then put the pictures on a couple at a time and see how they work.. It's possible that the coding on a couple of the pictures is corrupt and that would cause the type of symptoms you describe..
Beyond that I'd return it to the shop as it should be straightforward to set up and use..
