The key might be sticking down, which is probably a defect in the product. I tested an ihome keyboard (Bluetooth) and everything except the spacebar was prone to sticking itself down, no pop spill or nothing. So, I recommend to return the keyboard if you still have the receipt and get a Bluetooth Apple keyboard instead, as ihome is good for their docks, but their keyboards suck!

what phone,? that is clock that can charge and Ipad. if the battery in the ipod (iPhone) is no good, it will not charge. so test the IPoD using the correct charger first. test the phone using apple charger to see if all is ok first. ok?
